Marie Bartlett has more than 25 years experience in the rough-and-tumble world of freelance writing. For more than a decade she made a living as a full-time writer producing articles for newspapers and magazines, serving as a public relations consultant and as a contractor for corporate communications.

Today, she is the author of four nonfiction books, and holds a master’s degree in adult education.

Once a writer, always a writer, says Marie.
“I think creative types MUST write in spite of the odds, the inevitable rejections, and all the obstacles to success. We write in spite of ourselves for it is inherent in our nature.
